About approval of the Regulations on rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting at the place of residence and the place of stay

According to article 20 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About internal migration", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting at the place of residence and the place of stay according to appendix.
2. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting at the place of residence and the place of stay" of December 4, 2004 No. 886;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 4, 2004 No. 886 "About approval of the Regulations on rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting at the place of residence and the place of stay" of December 16, 2004 No. 936;
