To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation in 6-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the acts into accord with this resolution.

1. To add Item 34 after the paragraph of the fifteenth with the paragraph of the following content:

In case of lack of the metering device of electrical energy established concerning such power receiving devices allowed to operation, the amount of consumption of electrical energy is calculated the organization exercising control of the apartment house based on settlement method proceeding from the size of the maximum capacity of power receiving devices and standard number of hours of their use. The telecom operator makes payment of the consumed electrical energy monthly, to the 10th following settlement.".

3. In Item 136:
