2. Determine that:

the organizations applying the simplified taxation system or system of the taxation for agricultural producers (unified agricultural tax) registered in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and perfroming the calculations in the territory of appropriate subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation having workers with whom employment contracts are signed have the right not to use the control and cash equipment till March 1, 2025;

the individual entrepreneurs registered in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and perfroming the calculations in the territory of appropriate subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation having workers with whom employment contracts are signed have the right not to use the control and cash equipment till May 1, 2025;

the individual entrepreneurs applying general regime of the taxation, registered in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and perfroming the calculations in the territory of appropriate subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation which do not have workers with whom employment contracts are signed have the right not to use the control and cash equipment till June 1, 2025;

the individual entrepreneurs applying simplified taxation system, registered in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and perfroming the calculations in the territory of appropriate subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation which do not have workers with whom employment contracts are signed have the right not to use the control and cash equipment till July 1, 2025;

the individual entrepreneurs applying system of the taxation to agricultural producers (unified agricultural tax), patent system of the taxation, registered in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and perfroming the calculations in the territory of appropriate subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation which do not have workers with whom employment contracts are signed have the right not to use the control and cash equipment till August 1, 2025.
