1. b) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of confirmation;

c) in day of issue of confirmations to send to the copy of such confirmations to the Federal Customs Service in electronic form with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. Before work on modification of software of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service signed confirmation goes to the Federal Customs Service with use of system of interdepartmental electronic document management in time, not exceeding one working day from the date of its signing.

3. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties is not provided in case of conditional release of separate types of the equipment and parts for construction, equipment (including production (assembly) of the equipment) and (or) the maintenance of objects of production and realization of low-tonnage liquefied natural gas placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using privileges on payment of import customs duties, the taxes integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods, on condition of submission to customs authority of the confirmation issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, provided by the subitem "an" of Item 2 of this resolution.

4. Realization of the power provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
