1. Provide in accordance with the established procedure in 2024 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credits issued to "Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation" private company:

for office use;

in the amount 15, one million rubles according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 97 "About purchase of products of crop production" for a period of up to one year for financing of purchase of products of crop production of harvest of 2024 delivered for republican state needs. The payment for provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus is levied in the amount of percent 0,01.

2. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2024 No. 35 "About delivery (purchase) of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs for 2024":
