According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring smooth functioning and protection of critical infrastructure of bank system of Ukraine, activities of non-bank financial institutions and other faces which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services, regulation and supervision for which activities the National Bank of Ukraine exercises, in the conditions of the special period of board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the organization of ensuring smooth functioning in the conditions of the special period of bank system of Ukraine, activities of non-bank financial institutions and other faces which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services, regulation and supervision for which activities the National Bank of Ukraine (further - the Provision) which is applied exercises.
2. To banks of Ukraine, branches of foreign banks, non-bank financial institutions and other persons which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services, regulation and supervision for which activities the National Bank of Ukraine, taking into account requirements of the Provision exercises:
