1. Approve Rules of state registration of courts in the Republic of Moldova (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. With entry into force of this resolution cargo and passenger ocean ships are more senior than 35 years, sea tankers are more senior than 20 years and inland-water tankers are more senior than 40 years registered in the State ship register, are subject to inspection check of flag each six months and periodic sanitary certification with issue of the certificate with effective period no more than six months in the presence onboard documents and annually updated list of ultrasonic measurements of thickness of shell plating of the vessel in volume of reclassification.

4. From the effective date this resolution to declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 855/2007 about approval of Rules of registration of ocean ships in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 117-126, 895), with subsequent changes.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.
