About approval of the National list of the monuments built in public places

(as amended of the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 18.01.2024 No. 4)

The parliament adopts this ordinary law.

Art. 1. – Approve the National list of the monuments built in public places it (is applied).

Art. 2. – The list of the monuments of the Republic of Moldova protected by the state, approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 1531/1993 on enforcement of the Law on protection of monuments (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, 24), with subsequent changes, is used by Art. No. 15-17, in that measure in what does not contradict provisions of this law.

Art. 3. – In 12-month time from the date of entry into force of this law:

a) To the government to bring the regulations into accord with this law;

b) To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to draw up inventory cases of the cultural values brought in the National list of the monuments built in public places.
