Based on the paragraph of the eleventh No. 449-Z "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2000

1. Establish the list of the housing-and-municipal, household services rendered to the citizens who are called up for military service on mobilization according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the housing-and-municipal, household services rendered to the citizens who are called up for military service on mobilization

1. Housing and communal services:

also cold water supply, water disposal (sewerage), gazo-, electro-, heat supply, the address with solid municipal waste is hotter;

maintenance;

sanitary content of auxiliary rooms of the apartment house;

running repair;

capital repairs.

2. Household services:

services in repair of footwear and products from skin;

services in repair and adjustment or pereshiv of clothes and textile products of household purpose;

services in dry (chemical) cleaning, including services in cleaning of products from fur;

services other on cleaning (washing) of textile products and products from fur;

services of baths, saunas and shower.
