About approval of Technical rules of request, the edition and monitoring of award enforcement about obligatory tariff information

Based on part (11) Article 32 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, the Law No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, 238), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 219-225,:

1. Approve Technical rules of request, the edition and monitoring of award enforcement about obligatory tariff information, according to appendix;

2. To assign execution of this order to Management of customs value, classification and goods origin;

3. To charge control of execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control;

4. Declare invalid the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 296-O/2016 on approval of the Regulations on the decision on classification of goods (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, the Art. No. 347-352 1639) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1130/2016;

5. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the order becomes effective since 1.01.2024.
