3) acceptance of other measures following from this order.

3. Repeal the following orders:

1) the Order of the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2023 No. 4-O "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) the Order of the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2024 No. 26-HK "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2023 No. 4-O "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan"".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
