In commemoration of the 30 anniversary of formation of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Found the memorable breastplate of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus "the 30th year K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_denta Respubl_k_ Belarus".

2. Approve Regulations on the memorable breastplate of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus "the 30th year K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_denta Respubl_k_ Belarus", its description and the image (are attached).

3. "The 30th year K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_dent Respubl_k_ Belarus" and certificates to it to perform financing of expenses on production of the memorable breastplate of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus within the means provided in the republican budget on content of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

4. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. The memorable breastplate of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus "the 30th year K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_denta Respubl_k_ Belarus" (further - the breastplate) awards employees of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, employees of the organizations entering management system cases of the President of the Republic of Belarus, and also economic societies which shares are in management (operational management) of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, management (operational management, economic maintaining) of the organizations subordinated to it (further - the subordinate organizations) which achieved good results in office (labor) activities is exemplary the fulfilling service (labor) duties which made the significant contribution to the solution of the tasks facing Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Belarus which worked in Administration of the President and the subordinate organizations, as a rule, at least 5 years.

The memorable breastplate of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus "the 30th year K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_denta Respubl_k_ Belarus" represents the round medallion made of metals of silvery and golden colors which fastens to the rectangular block fitted by moire textile tape.

In the center of round medallion with a diameter of 30 mm and 3 mm thick with superimposed elements on the face (obverse) the golden emblem of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus is located, on perimeter the golden ring from ornament of national flag in which lower quarter the text "1994-2024" is placed is located.

In the central part on the back (reverse) the text "K_ra¸n_tstva spravam_ Prez_denta Respubl_k_ Belarus" is located in three lines.

The medallion by means of ear and ring unites with rectangular block of golden color 34 mm high and the 31 mm wide, fitted moire textile tape 28 mm wide which is divided into strips in the following proportions: golden - 2 mm, red - 2 mm, green - 4 mm, silvery - 2 mm, green (with ornament of the Belarusian flag of golden color) - 6 mm, silvery - 2 mm, green - 4 mm, red - 2 mm, golden - 2 mm.
