About determination of zones of activities of bodies of state revenues
(In edition of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.12.2025 No. 796)
According to the subitem 28) of Item 1 of article 3 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:
1. Determine zones of activities of bodies of state revenues according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it to the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
