About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for conducting military accounting and acquisition of the status of the veteran of war during action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such Laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with the following changes):
1) in Item 19 parts one of Article 6:
in the paragraph the second words and figures" (except persons determined in article 6-1 of this Law)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "(except persons, feature of acquisition of participant status of fighting by which are determined in article 6-1 of this Law)";
in paragraph three of the word "Persons Specified in Paragraph One of This Item or Their Representatives" shall be replaced with words "Persons specified in paragraph one of this Item (except the military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up) of the Security Service of Ukraine and persons which are part of prospecting bodies of Ukraine), or their representatives";
Article 6-1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 6-1. Features of acquisition of participant status of fighting during action of warlike situation in areas of conducting military (fighting) operations or in temporarily occupied territories
