Some questions of implementation of the pilot project on water supply in Donetsk region (Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources on realization from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2025 of the pilot project on water supply in Donetsk region (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve procedure for implementation of the pilot project on water supply in Donetsk region which is applied.

3. Determine that:

1) in case of implementation of the pilot project are not applied:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 13, 2013 No. 835 "About approval of the Procedure for selection of investment projects for which implementation the state support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2013, to No. 90, by Art. 3321; 2018, No. 1, Art. 13);

2) after completion of construction works participants of the pilot project provide registration of the corporeal rights to the parcels of land.

4. To the ministry of environment protection and natural resources tax within two months from the date of completion of implementation of the pilot project to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the report on results of its realization and the offer on modification of legal acts.
