For the purpose of optimization of activities of the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 92-94 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GP "Kyrgyzteploenergo") by separation and formation of the stated below state companies based on its branches:

1) "The Kara-Balta production association of electroheat supply and water supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) "The Tokmok company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) "The Karakol company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) "the Belovodsky interdistrict company of heatwater supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

5) "The Oryol company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

6) "The Naryn interdistrict production association of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

7) "The Jalal-Abad interdistrict production association of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

8) "the Kantsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

9) "the Cholpon-Atinsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

10) "the Balykchinsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2. Approve:

1) the Charter of the state company "Kara-Balta Production Association of Electroheat Supply and Water Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Charter of the state company "Tokmok Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) the Charter of the state company "Karakol Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;

4) the Charter of the state company "Belovodsky Interdistrict Company of Heatwater Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 4;

5) the Charter of the state company "Oryol Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 5;

6) the Charter of the state company "Naryn Interdistrict Production Association of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 6;

7) the Charter of the state company "Jalal-Abad Interdistrict Production Association of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 7;

13) the Charter of the state company "Mayluu-Suuysky Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 13;

14) the Charter of the state company "Tash-Kumyrsky Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 14;

15) the Charter of the state company "Kochkor-Atinsky Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 15;

16) the Charter of the state company "Company of Life Support of the Village of Min Jackpot" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 16;

17) the Charter of the state company "Cara-Kulsky Company of Heat Supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 17;

18) the Charter of the state company "The Chuya Specialized Portable Mechanized Column" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 18.

3. Determine that:

1) the state companies specified in Item 1 of this resolution are legal successors of GP "Kyrgyzteploenergo" according to the separation balance sheet;

2) before completion of the procedure of reorganization of GP "Kyrgyzteploenergo" responsibility for preparation of objects of heat supply by autumn winter period of 2024/2025, is assigned to GP "Kyrgyzteploenergo".

4. To Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to approve separation balance sheets of the reorganized legal entities.
