About interpretation of some provisions of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996
Based on Item c) article 66 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and part (2) article 72 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017
The parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In part sense (5) Article 133 and parts (1), (2) and (3) Article 139-1 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes, words "special service of Parliament based on the provision approved by the law", "special service of Parliament" and "the employee of special service of Parliament" are interpreted as the Services of the state protection relating to officers of protection.
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
