According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", subitem 2-2 of Item 3, of subitem 83-20 of Item 4, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 228, of the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for electronic information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine enclosed by information systems.

2. Determine that confirmation of conformity of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series (in the presence) and passport numbers (for physical persons which because of the religious beliefs refused adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and reported about it the relevant monitoring body and have mark in the passport) information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers is performed by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine in day of receipt of request from the subject of state registration according to Procedure for carrying out confirmation of conformity of registration data of physical person to data of the State register of physical persons - taxpayers on requests of subjects of electronic interaction, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of November 13, 2015 No. 1007, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2015 at No. 1443/27888 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 12, 2021 No. 258).

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 18, 2016 No. 759/5/371 "About information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 25, 2016 at No. 446/28576.

4. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.

5. To department of private law of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (O.'s Ferens) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

6. This order becomes effective from the date of placement on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of information on implementation of electronic information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine with use of means of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information Trembita resources.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.

Procedure for electronic information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of electronic information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (further - the Unified state register) and information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (further - information exchange).

2. Subjects of information exchange according to this Procedure are the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

3. Information exchange is performed with use of applied program interfaces of the Unified state register and information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine with use of means of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information Trembita resources.

4. Information exchange according to this Procedure is performed gratuitously.

5. The organization of information exchange is provided the technical administrator of the Unified state register and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

6. The technical administrator of the Unified state register within information exchange provides:

transfer to information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine with interval till two o'clock information from the Unified state register on registration actions in the form of the list of identifiers of the registration actions which are carried out to such period;

access to data concerning each carried-out registration action;

access to documents on election of simplified taxation system and/or voluntary registration as the taxpayer for value added, and/or inclusion in the Register of non-profitable organizations and the organizations.

7. The State Tax Service of Ukraine provides access of the territorial authorities to data on the carried-out registration actions, the documents received from the Unified state register within information exchange.
