According to Article part one 7, article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About measures for the prevention and reduction of the use of tobacco products and their harmful effects on health of the population", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:
1. Approve form of the resolution on imposing of the financial sanction on the subject of managing for violation of the law about measures for the prevention and reduction of the use of tobacco products and their adverse effect on health of the population which is applied.
2. (Alexey Danilenko) to provide to department of public health:
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine main thing of the state health officer of Ukraine Igor Kuzin.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
