1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81 "Some questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
15) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"15) establishment of procedure for development, approval, replacement and review of single cross-industry or cross-industry standard, or standard regulations and standard rates on work for all fields of activity, or standard regulations and standard rates on work of the organizations;";
add with subitems 15-1) and 15-2) of the following content:
"15-1) development and approval of single cross-industry or cross-industry standard, or standard regulations and standard rates on work for all fields of activity in coordination with state bodies of the corresponding fields of activity;
15-2) approval of standard regulations and standard rates on work of the organizations approved by authorized state bodies of the corresponding fields of activity in the procedure established by them;";
add with subitem 122-1) of the following content:
"122-1) development and approval of rules of determination of belonging to the Kazakh nationality of persons applying for receipt of the status of kandas and nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the simplified (registration) procedure in case of lack of the corresponding entry in identity documents, and also in other documents confirming nationality of applicants;";
