About suspension of validity about regular armed forces in Europe

In view of basic change of circumstances in comparison with existing at the time of the conclusion of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe signed in Paris on November 19, 1990 according to part (3) Article 62 and part (1) article 65 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties accepted on May 23, 1969

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. – The Republic of Moldova stops validity about regular armed forces in Europe, signed in Paris on November 19, 1990, with possibility of the subsequent return to its accomplishment.

Art. 2. – To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to notify the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands as depositary, and also the State Parties of the specified agreement on suspension of its action.

Art. 3. – Suspension of operation of this agreement becomes effective after 150 days from the date of receipt of the notification by depositary and the State Parties of this agreement.
