No. 25-26,:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the organization and implementation of re-registration (accounting) of automotor-vehicles according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The instruction about procedure for the organization and implementation of re-registration (accounting) of automotor-vehicles

This Instruction according to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 31, 2017 No. 683 "About enhancement of procedure for state registration and issue of the state registration number boards for automotor-vehicles" and of June 27, 2007 No. 131 "About measures for implementation of new samples of the state serial numbers for automotor-vehicles" (The collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 25-26, 264) determines procedure for re-registration (accounting) for automotor-vehicles (trail cars and semitrailer trucks) (further - the vehicle), and also recoveries and replacements which became useless, the damaged or spoiled registration state number boards.

I. General provisions

1. In this Instruction the following basic concepts are applied:

the vehicle owner (representative) - the owner of the vehicle - the physical person or legal entity owning the vehicle either exploiting him, or disposing of it on the basis and within, established by the legislation;

II. Re-registration (accounting) of vehicles

3. The re-registration of automotor-vehicles is performed in the following cases:

in case of change of surname, name, owner's middle name - physical person, and also by reorganization or change of the name of the owner - the legal entity;

in case of change of the residence (stay) or the location (postal address) of the owner of the automotor-vehicle in the case which is not requiring change of check-in location of the automotor-vehicle;

in case of change of stall of the cargo automotor-vehicles, buses and minibuses belonging to legal entities;

in case of change of color and (or) number aggregates of automotor-vehicles;

in case of re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle;

in case of spoil, damage or loss of the registration certificate of the automotor-vehicle or the state registration number board.

4. The re-registration (accounting) of vehicles is performed by registration and examination departments, interdistrict registration and examination departments (further - REO (MREO)) Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent and the Departments of Internal Affairs of areas.

5. In case of the circumstances specified in Item 3 of this Instruction irrespective of technical condition of the vehicle, legal entities and physical persons shall address within ten days in REO (MREO).

10. Are applied to the order:

delivery-acceptance certificate;

the unusable, damaged or spoiled registration state number boards;

the document confirming payment of the corresponding collection;

the copy of the certificate on statement of the vehicle on accounting.
