About marginal approval of price of wholesale of the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of commodity exchanges
According to Article 4 and the subitem 7) article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply", the subitem 3) Item 1 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security in the Republic of Kazakhstan" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve marginal price of wholesale of the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of commodity exchanges for the period from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 in the amount of 45 158,00 (forty five thousand hundred fifty eight) tenges for ton excluding tax on value added.
2. To provide to department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after signing of this order to provide submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
