About application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved:

1. Support the offers on application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) made by the Security Service of Ukraine.

2. Apply personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) to:

1) to physical persons according to appendix 1;

2) to legal entities according to appendix 2.

3. Due to the application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions), the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the decision:

line item of 1505 of appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of June 21, 2018 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 176/2018, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 21, 2018 to exclude;

line item 33 appendices 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 5, 2021 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 497/2021, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 5, 2021 to exclude;

line item of the 8th appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 15, 2021 "About application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 556/2021, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 30, 2021 to exclude;

line items 1699, of 1700, of 1701, of 1702, of 1704, of 1706, of 1708, of 1709, of 1710, of 1713, of 1718, of 1720, of 1724, of 1726, of 1727, of 1729, of 1730, 1800 of appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 726/2022, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 to exclude.

4. In appendix to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of December 1, 2022 "About separate aspects of activities of the religious organizations in Ukraine and application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 820/2022 enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 1, 2022 (with the changes made by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of January 24, 2023 "About modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)" the enacted Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 24, 2023 1 to state No. 43/2023), line item in edition according to appendix 3.

5. In appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of December 23, 2023 "About application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 850/2023, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 23, 2023 1 to state line item in edition according to appendix 4.

6. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine together with the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions), the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the decision.

7. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform competent authorities of the European Union, the United States of America and other states on application of sanctions and to raise before them question of introduction of similar rationing arrangements.
