About questions of liquidation of public institution "Auction center" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

"21-1) in accordance with the established procedure to perform actions for identification of cases of provision by the state companies and organizations with the state pattern of ownership of state-owned property in lease, registration of the lease agreement on which was not made in Gosimushchestva;

21-2) to make offers to state bodies, legal entities and physical persons about remedial action in case of the violation of the law governing the rent relations;

21-3) to exercise control of target use of the transferred state-owned property by state bodies, local government bodies, and also legal entities and physical persons;";

6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public institution "Auction center" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 16, 2019 No. 681.

7. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in accordance with the established procedure to provide the corresponding changes following from this resolution by preparation of the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024 and planning period of 2025-2026";

2) to initiate introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the non-tax income" regarding distribution of the rent from leasing of state-owned property where 70 percent are used by asset holders on content and repair of the state buildings (rooms), 30 percent go to the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
