About the personnel register of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies * on realization of the state personnel policy I decide:

* For the purposes of this Decree terms are applied in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 No. 175-Z "About public service".

1. Approve the personnel register of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).

3. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

4. Provide to state bodies reduction of personnel registers in compliance with this Decree.

5. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 242 "About creation of the scientific and practical centers of National academy of Sciences of Belarus and some measures for implementation of scientific activities":

exclude Item 8;

in Item 8 of the Regulations on the scientific and practical center of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Decree:

in word part one "the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";

the second to exclude part.
