About some questions in the field of the higher and secondary professional education
For the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of professional education in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on final state assessment of graduates of the educational organizations of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) Regulations on final state assessment of graduates of the educational organizations of secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
3) Regulations on procedure for assignment to educational editions of the educational organizations of professional education of signature stamp of authorized state body in the field of formation of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) paragraphs the third and fifth Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of the higher and secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2012 No. 346;
2) the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 4, 2012 No. 470;
