Some questions of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by allocation from it of Committee on regulation, protection and use of water resources of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine Committee on regulation, protection and use of water resources of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration in respect of territorial authorities - republican public institutions according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 863 "Some questions of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
