The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Leave the Agreement on procedure for customs clearance and customs control of the goods moved between the State Parties of the agreement on creation of the free trade area made in Yalta on October 8, 1999.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to notify to depositary on exit from the Agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
