About approval of regulatory legal acts on accreditation in the field of education

1. Approve:

- Regulations on National accreditation council under authorized state body in the field of education according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on procedure for recognition and monitoring of activities of the accreditation agencies in the field of education according to appendix 2;

- Requirements and criteria to accreditation in the field of education according to appendix 3.

2. To make financing of expenses on accreditation within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National accreditation council under authorized state body in the field of education" of August 4, 2014 No. 438;

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To carry out 1) among heads of the educational organizations and the accreditation agencies information and explanatory work on questions of accreditation;

2) to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

1. General provisions
