1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2023 No. 140 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of subjects of social entrepreneurship" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33105) the following changes:

pensioners and citizens of pre-retirement age (within five years before the age granting the right to retirement benefits on age);

pupils of children's villages and graduates of orphanages, boarding schools for orphan children and children without parental support, – aged up to twenty nine years;
