About some questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of service in the field of the operation and content of tunnels which is under supervision of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Transfer the corresponding functions of representation "Service on operation, repair and content of tunnels" of the state companies "Kyrgyzavtozhol-Yug", "Kyrgyzavtozhol-Sever" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic to public institution "Production and innovative center" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346 the following changes:
in Regulations on public institution "Production and innovative center" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

"4) content, operation, ensuring safety, assessment and maintenance of technical condition of tunnels.";
- in Item 13:
add with subitems 21-23 of the following content:

22) maintenance in proper condition engineering systems of safety of traffic through tunnels;
23) implementation of consulting services in questions of content, operation, construction, reconstruction and repair of highways.";

"14) work on determination and updating of expense rates of fuel of vehicles, special equipment, road-building machinery and equipment;";
- state Item 18 in the following edition:
"18. The director of the Center is appointed to position and dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The director has two deputies who are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the director of the Center.".
3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- in three-months time to take the measures following from this resolution;
- organize accomplishment of the corresponding procedures for reception-transmission of the available established posts, the parcels of land, financial and material resources.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
