About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning gaming, lottery activities, health protection, State Labour Inspection, the state control and exception of excessive legislative regulation
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part) of July 1, 1999:

Article 324 to add 2) with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. Suspend till July 1, 2025 Item 4-1 and the subitem 4) of Item 6 of article 129 of this Code.".
