The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on declaring of compliance of complex systems of information security in the information, electronic communication and information and communication systems created with use of profiles of safety of information (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on declaring of compliance of complex systems of information security in the information, electronic communication and information and communication systems created with use of profiles of safety of the enclosed information.

3. Determine that:

1) coordinator of the pilot project is the Administration of Public service of special communication and information security;

2) participants of the pilot project are central also the local executive bodies, other state bodies and the companies, organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of their management, the bodies of military management and military forming formed according to the law.

4. To provide administrations of Public service of special communication and information security:

1) technical capability of implementation of the pilot project;

2) promulgation of information on implementation of the pilot project;

3) informing annually the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about results of implementation of the pilot project;

4) representation within a month from the date of completion of implementation of the pilot project of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the report and offers on entering of corresponding changes into legal and other regulatory legal acts by results of its realization.
