Article 1. Exempt from punishment in the form of social jobs, penalty, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, corrective works, restriction on military service, arrest, restriction of freedom, imprisonment for certain term (further if other is not determined, - imprisonment), and also from other measures of criminal liability in the form of condemnation with delay of execution of the punishment, condemnation with conditional non-use of punishment, condemnation without assignment of punishment if other is not provided by articles 10 and 12 of this Law:

minors;

expectant mothers;

the women and lonely men having children aged up to eighteen years which except for committed intentional crime concerning the minor;

persons which reached generally established retirement age;

disabled people of I and II groups; persons, TB patients and carried to IA, IIA, III groups of dispensary observation; faces sore with oncological diseases of the second, third, fourth clinical groups; HIV-positive people with the 3rd and 4th stages of disease on clinical classification of the World Health Organization;

the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents;

persons who were wounded (contusions), mutilations, diseases in case of fulfillment of duties in the period of military service in the Soviet Army and Navy, border, internal, railway troops and other military forming of the former USSR, Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, other troops and military forming created according to the legislation and also persons who were wounded (contusions), mutilations, diseases in connection with implementation of office activities during service in the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, financial investigations of the State Control Committee, prosecutor's office, bodies and divisions for emergency situations.

Article 2. Exempt persons listed in article 1 of this Law from criminal liability and terminate preliminary inquiry on the criminal cases which are in production of criminal prosecution authorities and production on the criminal cases which are not considered by courts about the crimes committed by these persons before entry into force of this Law.

The provision of part one of this Article does not extend to persons, suspects or the crimes accused of making listed in articles 10 and 12 of this Law.

Article 3. Exempt from punishment in the form of social jobs, corrective works, and also from other measures of criminal liability in the form of condemnation with delay of execution of the punishment, condemnation with conditional non-use of punishment, condemnation without assignment of punishment of persons which are not listed in article 1 of this Law concerning whom sentences are decided on the date of entry into force of this Law if other is not provided by articles 10 and 12 of this Law.
