Spheres of independent expert activities

1. General provision

Spheres of independent expert activities (further - spheres) are developed according to article 94-1.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance activity" and determine the fields of activity performed by independent experts.

2. Spheres of independent expert activities

2.1. Independent experts work on the following spheres:

2.1.1. the motor transportation sphere - all vehicles;

2.1.2. the sphere of rail transport - all rail transport;

2.1.3. water transport - all types sea and inland water transport;

2.1.4. the sphere of air transport - all means of air transport;

2.1.5. the sphere of property - the real and personal estate which is not relating to other fields of activity mentioned in this field;

2.1.6. the financial sphere - valuable interests of creditors, valuable interests of insurers in connection with use of property in case of fall of market price and break in business activity, and also the expenses connected with legal services and trials;

2.1.7. the engineering sphere - machines, the equipment, machines and mechanisms, technical devices, assembly and design works, repair and construction, electronic devices;

2.1.8. the sphere of agricultural plants and vegetable products - all agricultural plants and vegetable products;

2.1.9. the farm animals and field animals divorced for the agricultural purposes - all farm animals;

2.1.10. the sphere of products of aquaculture - the aquaculture objects received from fish and other water bioresources, processed and directed to consumption by means of aquaculture.
