Establish from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2024 No. 1633 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2024 No. 893" till December 31, 2024 (inclusive) the additional tariff quota concerning waste and scrap of ferrous metals (codes of the CN FEA EEU 7204 10 000 0, 7204 30 000 0, 7204 41 100 0, 7204 41 910 0, 7204 41 990 0, 7204 49 100 0, 7204 49 300 0, 7204 49 900 0 and 7204 50 000 0) of 100000 tons.
2. Approve enclosed:
changes which are made to rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of the limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2021 No. 2068 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, Art. 8255; 2022, No. 23, Art. 3800; No. 32, Art. 5834; 2023, No. 1, Art. 299; No. 27, Art. 5047; 2024, No. 1, Art. 155).
3. (Inclusive) to provide to the Federal Customs Service till July 2, 2024 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation data of customs statistics on the participants of foreign trade activity who performed from January 1 to December 31, 2023 (inclusive) export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, waste and scrap of ferrous metals (further - participants of foreign trade activity), with indication of for each participant of foreign trade activity of data on amounts of waste and scrap of the ferrous metals which are taken out by it to this period through the specific check point through frontier of the Russian Federation.
4. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation:
a) distribute between participants of foreign trade activity amount of the tariff quota concerning waste and scrap of ferrous metals according to the Rules approved by this resolution;
b) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of one-time licenses for export from the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, waste and scrap of ferrous metals within the amount of the tariff quota distributed according to the Rules approved by this resolution.
5. Realization of the powers established according to this resolution is performed within the number of workers of the corresponding federal executive bodies and budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to these federal executive bodies on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1 and the paragraph of third Item 2 of this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2024.
