About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the coconuts which are dried up

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the coconuts which are dried up, classified by code 0801 11 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till July 31, 2027 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 0801 11 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "4C)" to replace with the reference "97C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 97C of the following content:

"97C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 25, 2024 No. 76 till 31.07.2027 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
