2. The first vice rector and the vice rector of the Tajik national university are appointed and exempted by the rector of the Tajik national university in coordination with the founder.

Article 9. Educational, scientific and methodical activities of the Tajik national university

1. The Tajik national university is the educational institution created for the purpose of realization of educational, scientific, scientific and innovative, methodical activities, the organization of educational and scientific infrastructure and other activities according to its charter.
