1. Establish rates for calculation of the amounts of ensuring use of codes of marking of the importer of tobacco and (or) nikotinsoderzhashchy products according to appendix to this order.
2. Determine that the rate for calculation of the amount of ensuring use of codes of marking of the importer in respect of the nikotinsoderzhashchy products which are not specified in appendix to this order is determined for unit of consumer packaging in the amount of, the stipulated in Item 7 Rules of determination of minimum price of nikotinsoderzhashchy products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 14, 2024 No. 301 "About procedure for determination of minimum price of nikotinsoderzhashchy products" (is effective till April 18, 2030).
