For the purpose of bringing to bank of information on establishment and about the size of the raised additional rate of insurance premiums (further - information) the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation (further - the Agency) sends information to the Bank of Russia in electronic form by means of private office, the reference to which is posted on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet (further - private office), according to the order of interaction determined by the Bank of Russia based on parts one and the fourth article 73.1 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" (further - order of interaction).

2. The Bank of Russia no later than the day following behind day of receipt of information from the Agency provides the direction of information in bank in electronic form by means of private office according to order of interaction. At the same time contents of the electronic document do not control the Bank of Russia.

3. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.

4. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to declare invalid the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 28, 2018 No. 4992-U "About procedure for bringing by the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation to participating banks of deposit insurance system of information on establishment and about the size of the additional or raised additional rate of insurance premiums with use of information resources of the Bank of Russia" <1>.
