According to article 2 of the Federal Law "About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Federal law "About Features of Obligation Fulfillment according to Credit Agreements (Loan Agreements) Persons Which Are Called Up for Military Service on Mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Persons Participating in Special Military Operation and also Members of Their Families and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation to creditors of 50 percent of the half-received income in connection with discharge of separate categories of borrowers based on part 18.1 of article 1 of the Federal law "About Features of Obligation Fulfillment according to Credit Agreements (Loan Agreements) Persons Which Are Called Up for Military Service on Mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Persons Participating in Special Military Operation and also Members of Their Families and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".
2. To the Federal Treasury not to perform treasurer maintenance of the means transferred to legal entities under the agreements signed with ДОМ.РФ joint-stock company within implementation of actions, provided by the Rules approved by this resolution.
