About approval of the Development program of the state internal financial control for 2024-2027
Based on Item a) article 29 of the Law 229/2010 on the state internal financial control (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 86-92, 140), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the Development program of the state internal financial control for 2024-2027 it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Finance processes of monitoring and coordinating of program implementation of development of the state internal financial control for 2024-2027.
3. To responsible bodies and organizations to take necessary measures for accomplishment of the Action plan for program implementation of development of the state internal financial control for 2024-2027 and annually till March 1, and also on demand to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the actions included in the specified Plan in the Ministry of Finance.
4. To the Ministry of Finance annually till June 1 to submit to the Government the Summary annual statement about the state internal financial control containing information on the course of program implementation of development of the state internal financial control for 2024-2027.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
