About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the State (Municipal) Social Order on Rendering the State (Municipal) Services in the Social Sphere"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 13, 2020 No. 189-FZ "About the state (municipal) social order on rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 29, Art. 4499; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8792; 2023, No. 1, Art. 15) following changes:
Item 1 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) the state (municipal) services in the social sphere included in the lists (qualifiers) of the state and municipal services established according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation in industries of the social sphere (the state (municipal) services in the social sphere), - the activities performed concerning physical persons by the public (municipal) institutions and in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, other legal entities or if other is not established by the Federal Laws, individual entrepreneurs, physical persons - producers of goods, works, services for the purpose of implementation of stipulated by the legislation powers of the Russian Federation of public authorities, local government bodies;";
2) in Article 3:
a) add Item 3 with words ", including with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)";
b) state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5) the appeal to authorized body with the statement for provision, non-rendering or inadequate rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere the contractor of services, including with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)";";
Item 5 of article 5 after words "services about" to add 3) with the word "provision";
4) in Article 6:
