About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data in the field of housing stock
According to the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve:
1) the Form intended for collection of administrative data on share of the objects of condominium requiring capital repairs according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the Form intended for collection of administrative data on activities of housing inspectorate on control of governing bodies of object of condominium for preserving and proper operation of housing stock according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) the Form intended for collection of administrative data on the number of emergency houses according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
