THE JOINT ORDER OF CUSTOMS SERVICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA AND THE NATIONAL AGENCY ON SAFETY OF FOODSTUFF OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About the procedure of customs clearance of the perishable products exported from the Republic of Moldova

For the purpose of simplification and promotion of export from the Republic of Moldova of perishable products, according to provisions of Item 6971 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, of the Item g approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023, based on provisions) parts (9) article 6 of the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017, of article 21 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities, article 26 of the Law 228/2010 on protection of plants and phytosanitary quarantine, and also Item 7 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023, it is ORDERED:

1. For the purpose of providing optimal conditions for export of perishable products chiefs of customs and chiefs of boundary customs posts or persons designated for accomplishment of their obligations create and provide necessary conditions for customs clearance and crossing of frontier in priority procedure for the perishable products exported from the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 1, which are transported by the vehicles having marking of "PERISABIL TRANSPORT PRIORITAR".

2. Inspectors of the National agency on safety of foodstuff in case of issue of the phytosanitary certificate or veterinary sanitary certificate on the goods specified in appendix No. 1, issue on each transport unit marking of "PERISABIL TRANSPORT PRIORITAR" according to appendix No. 2, of the cm 29,5*21 size (And 4), with indication of number of the phytosanitary certificate or the veterinary sanitary certificate, date of issue and personal stamp.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs and heads of territorial subdivisions of the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control of Customs Service and heads of territorial subdivisions of the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

5. This order becomes effective from signature date.
