About some questions of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation I decide:
1. Form as a part of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation:
a) Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning monitoring and the analysis of social processes;
b) Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning national sea policy;
c) Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning forming and activities of the State Council of the Russian Federation;
d) Management of the President of the Russian Federation on state policy in the humanitarian sphere;
e) Management of the President of the Russian Federation on state policy in the field of defense industry complex.
2. Abolish Presidential Directorate for Supporting Activities of the State Council of the Russian Federation.
3. Approve the enclosed list of independent divisions of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
4. To the head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation:
a) in 3-month time:
submit for approval projects of regulations on Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning monitoring and the analysis of social processes, Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning national sea policy, Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning forming and activities of the State Council of the Russian Federation, Management of the President of the Russian Federation on state policy in the humanitarian sphere, Management of the President of the Russian Federation on state policy in the field of defense industry complex;
provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;
b) hold necessary organizational and regular events according to this Decree.
