1. Approve the enclosed instruction for creation and the edition of catalogs of geodetic Items.

2. To provide to committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five working days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Instruction for creation and edition of catalogs of geodetic Items

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The instruction for creation and the edition of catalogs of geodetic Items (further – the Instruction) is developed according to subitem 213-26) of the Regulations on the Ministry of the digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. In the instruction requirements to structure, content and execution of catalogs of coordinates of geodetic Items, processes and procedure for creation and the edition of catalogs are stated.

3. Catalogs are intended for topographical, geodetic, cartographical, cadastral and engineering and prospecting works.

4. The catalog contains:

cover and title page;

table of contents;

explanation;

the form to the catalog;

drawings of the centers of geodetic Items;

list of coordinates and heights of Items of the state geodetic network;

index of geodetic Items;

scheme of geodetic network.

Sections of the catalog are numbered.

5. Catalogs constitute on the territory according to sheets of the card of scale 1:200 000. The nomenclature on the area of which is appropriated to each catalog it is constituted.

6. Include the Items of the state geodetic network participating in equalization, which are available in the database and fixed on the area by the centers ensuring safety of Items for long time in the Catalogue of geodetic Items:

fundamental astronomo-geodetic network (further - FAGS);

high-precision geodetic network (further - VGS);

special satellite geodetic network (further - SSGS);

satellite geodetic network of 1 class (further - SGS-1);

exact geodetic network (further - TGS).

Separate Catalogues create geodetic Items:

FAGS and VGS;

SSGS.
