About ensuring steady rail haulings in valid time of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine

In compliance of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2021 No. 841 "Some questions of determination of conditions and procedure for the organization of activities of rail transport public", the paragraph of the seventeenth subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 No. 1400), and for the purpose of ensuring steady rail haulings in valid time of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Determine that:

prolongation of useful life (service) of goods wagons on rail transport public after the termination of deadline of their operation (service) for the terms determined by the plant the producer as the standard rate of frequency of carrying out depot repair after major repair, by carrying out the diagnostic transactions determined by Procedure for carrying out complex of the diagnostic, repair and registration operations directed to prolongation of the useful life of goods wagons (except goods wagons of the companies of technological rail transport, for cargo transfer in the production purposes in limits of the territory of such companies) established by the producer approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 No. 647, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2021 at No. 1677/37299 is allowed;

after the termination or cancellation of action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine goods wagons to which useful life (services) on rail transport public according to the paragraph the second this Item was prolonged continue to be operated before the termination of the useful life (service) extended by it.

2. To provide to department of technical regulation on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective during legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine and within six months after its termination or cancellation.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Sergey Derkacha.
