1. Determine:
1) local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital authorized body on issue of permissions of the second category to implementation of activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals;
2) state bodies which perform approval of issue of permissions of the second category to implementation of activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 9, 2024.
